Dear Valued Customer

As we are all aware the information surrounding COVID-19 is changing at a rapid pace. Capa Granite’s first obligation is to protect its employees and customers during these unpredictable times. Capa will continue to take direction from key government agencies to ensure we are operating as safe as possible. Even though it's hard to predict the future of this virus we are preparing by taking action in the following ways:

  1. Both of our showrooms will be operating with reduced hours. We recommend you call, email or reach out through social media to confirm hours and/or schedule a one on one appointment. In some cases after hours appointments may be an option
  2. Before confirming an in showroom or in home appointment you will be asked the following questions,
    • Do you have the following; fever, and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing?
    • Have you travelled to any impacted areas in the last 14 days?
    • Have you come in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
    • Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to an impacted area in the last 14 days?
  3. We have temporarily waved the 2% credit card charge in order to promote less showroom traffic.
  4. We have implemented hygiene protocols for showroom customer interaction and in home measuring appointments and installations.
  5. We are encouraging all staff to stay home if they are experiencing any signs of illness.
  6. We’ve stocked up on anti-bacterial supplies and are practicing social distancing including not shaking hands and avoiding people with cough or flu-like symptoms

Once again, we ask our valued customers that if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have recently travelled to an affected area, please let us know in advance so that our staff can take the appropriate precautionary measures.

All these measures are being taken to help support your requirements at this difficult time. We ask for your patience and support as we navigate through this difficult situation.
